About me
Welcome here, I’m glad you made it here, I will try to keep this pretty short.
Born and raised in France, throughout my business studies I had the chance to move around and live in Hawaii, Philippines and New York. Following the recommandations of friends I started doing yoga and since then never stopped. I was lucky to be in NYC when I got deeper into my practice and got inspired by teachers that know how to mix the essence of yoga with the world we live in.
In 2019, I went to Mysore to do my first training in Ashtanga Yoga at Samyak. After that I went back home to France and started to teach to learn more from the interaction with students. I’ve never stopped practicing and got into many different types of yoga on the dynamic side: Vinyasa, Power, Rocket, Bikram and Dharma Yoga.
I’ve kept on learning through taking part in 30HR of training by LAAIC The Yamas & Niyamas & The Classic 26, 100HR of Continuing Education “The Craft of Teaching Modern Yoga” and soon training at The Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi 500HR.
My classes
I’m the biggest advocate of laughing and taking things the light way when appropriate while pushing our limits to discover our potential.
I’m here to make you discover what your body and mind can do when you get to know yourself better because I’ve been there thinking that I could never be that person holding a crow pose or being a certain way. Your mind often limits you and by committing to your practice, you’ll understand that you can go way further than what you thought was possible.
Based in Lyon, France, I teach regular collective classes in Yoga Korner and Zenspace Yoga. I also have private classes in person or online, as well as availabilities for abroad classes depending on the opportunities.
Join me for a variety of classes based on your needs. Yoga is adaptable to you.
